Cultural activity across the empire is at an all time high, with mass entertainment ushering in an era where all can enjoy the arts, both high-brow and low-brow. Chief among them is radio and televison, an inexpensive means of getting news, dramas -- and, of course, pop music. As a result, a cacophonous, wild music is sweeping across the nation's living rooms, causing some commentators to herald it as an immoral sound, polluting the next generation's minds. Do you ban it?
We must let our citizens freely choose their own music.
Uninhibited music can only lead to corrupting, dissenting ideas.
