Disaster! The beautiful new passenger liner, The Glory of {0}, has sunk on its maiden ocean voyage. Of the over two thousand souls on board it is estimated almost three-quarters lost their lives as the ship slipped under the waves. Many blame the lack of lifeboats and safety features of the liner, and accuse both the commercial operators and government regulators of gross arrogance. The operators say they will learn, and don't require interference. The media attention is huge and requires a reaction. How do you respond?
The commercial operators have demonstrated they cannot value human life above the bottom line.
The operators have shown great remorse. They don't need our interference... do they?
